Hecarim and jarvan IV is OP junglers

Reksai's nerf from this patch is mostly towards her early clears and gank consistencies, but everything else stayed the same so she's still really high tier right now. Kindred and Graves are also solid picks especially Kindred (with scripts) since her buffs have been untouched from 13.10. Otherwise Lee Sin is still a consistent pick as well
