What is the best video recording app?

Can you help me to find the best video recording app where you can record the app of a screen and when I use another app it must record the screen of the same app as it was recording before. Also, it must have the features of recording system sounds only and mic.
Do you understand me? If not feel free to ask

I recommend GeForce Experience or Shadowplay... I use GeForce Experience... It's also useful for game and desktop.

No, you can't. But you can download Raedon software. It has all features same at GeForce Experience.

Radeon does not work with Shadowplay

if you have Nvidia GPU then use GeForce now or you can use reLive if you have AMD, or you can use Bandicam/OBS.
