Chicken kebab is the best. Tho i dont know about souces we dont eat em w souces in here. Just w the spicy oil from the chicken

In my family, beef is a rare meat we buy because its not that great for health purposes. When we do get it for special occasions, its my favorite kebab, we even did a BBQ with it.

Although adana kebab is not very bitter, it has a delicious taste, but you have to eat it from a nice restaurant in the place I call adana Ocakbasi.
