It's great that you have realized the importance of education and the value of being well-informed about various topics. It's never too late to start pursuing your passion, even if you're almost 19. Many successful people have started later in life and still achieved great things.

Growing up, I was always a bright and motivated student. However, as I got older and my responsibilities increased, I found myself struggling with procrastination. I would put off important tasks until the last minute, leaving myself stressed and overwhelmed.

At first, I thought that maybe it was just a temporary slump, but as weeks turned into months, I realized that my procrastination was becoming a major problem. I was missing deadlines, neglecting important projects, and feeling increasingly anxious about my future.

One day, I decided that enough was enough. I knew that I needed to take action if I wanted to break the cycle of procrastination and achieve my goals. So, I started by identifying the underlying causes of my procrastination.

I realized that part of the problem was that I was easily distracted by social media, my phone, and other things. I would tell myself that I needed a break or that I would just quickly check my notifications, but then I would end up wasting hours scrolling through Instagram or watching YouTube videos.

I also struggled with time management. I would overcommit myself and take on too many tasks at once, leading me to feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to start.

To overcome my procrastination, I started by creating a schedule and sticking to it. I would block out specific times for work, exercise, relaxation, and socializing. This helped me stay focused and gave me a sense of structure and purpose.

I also set small goals for myself and celebrated each accomplishment along the way. For example, I would reward myself with a snack or a break after finishing a task, no matter how small it was.

To combat distractions, I set aside specific times to check my phone and use social media. I also deleted apps that I found particularly distracting and turned off notifications for non-essential things.

As I began to implement these strategies, I noticed a significant improvement in my productivity and motivation levels. I found myself completing tasks more efficiently and with greater focus. I also felt a sense of accomplishment and pride in my work.

In conclusion, procrastination is a common challenge that affects many of us, but it is possible to overcome it with the right mindset and strategies. By identifying the root causes of procrastination, creating a schedule, setting small goals, and eliminating distractions, we can break the cycle of procrastination and achieve our goals.

Before I start I would like to read about your story so don't be shy about posting it on this thread

flashback : 2021/August or September not really sure, I posted couple of things about starting out cheat development and pursing my old passions.

So its 2023 now and I finally decided to come back and summarize how things went and probably read your thoughts about it (Probably there's a chance that people will read it and give their opinions and feed my inquisitiveness)

--

After posting these things spontaneously I was really motivated and really driven which helped me in the short-term but that didn't last for long.
relying on motivation was a huge mistake that I made but thank God I overcame my old mindset and got to the point where I questioned myself, Do I really wanna do it?
Sure, that's what I want but is it something that I'm ready to spend my short life on?
(Some of you would think that I'm just overthinking it but that's not the case because from my perspective If I wanted to commit to cheat development then I should dedicate my life to it no matter what cuz I wanna be good at it not just intermediate)

But wait a minute, Don't I have studies to worry about? yes I can balance my life to do both but gotta focus on one thing to get the best result out of it.
Conclusion: I chose studying rather than messing around with "c++" and ended up getting the 2nd place on my school (gotta flex little bit) and then passed that grade easily

And now I'm in my last grade (Still in high school)

demonstration of what that means : Last grade usually means the grade that your whole future depends on because your grades will decide which university you can go to and what specialization you will be taking.
So now that I feel like an arrogant because I get high grades without being a tryhard I decided to stop studying for some reason and just learn some extra stuff about what I want to become.
I saw that everything looks kinda pointless at the moment because I didn't really pick my major yet, Looked back in time and finally remembered why I'm doing this in the first place
When I chose studies I chose it to be educated, And to be well-informed about many topics, Chose it for my intuition!

my mindset couple of months ago :

But what kind of education I'm looking for?
I stopped studying I'm not even looking forward for some fkin "high grades" why would I even care anymore? I'm not interested anymore etc... (No exaggeration)

------

And now after passing the semi-final or mid term exams with high grades I got back on track after succumbing to feeling nostalgia because of those reminiscences that I had about my old passion (Development, specifically cheat development).
My high grades allow me to basically pick almost any specialization that I want and I'm kinda confused about picking a major that is associated to cheat development.
I don't really know much about these things but I have considered computer science and also not forgetting computer engineering. (I would like to read about your opinions and your guidance about this)

Any thoughts of a major like the one I'm looking for?
(Any advices even though I know what I'm doing I just wanted to share my story?)
--------------------

but with this aside I feel like its a bit late for me to start (I'm almost 19) and I won't start till I finish my last grade so that will be an extra year, Its a bit late isn't it?

and yea I know that its a mess maybe the events sequence a bit off but I still want you to share your thoughts I'm open to read about everything and also I skipped a lot of parts and didn't elaborate my mindset and say what I was thinking of.
because I haven't mastered English yet and I still lack thinking ability when it comes to this language so I might sound stupid to you but not in my native language.

Have a good day.
(shared this story on other forums but ended up getting naive comments except for couple of them)

thats a good story.

digital games my profession Working in digital games was an attractive choice for me looking for a creative and dynamic career in the digital entertainment industry. Digital games allow the creation of virtual worlds, characters and exciting stories that can captivate the player's imagination and senses. Furthermore, the popularity of digital games has grown exponentially in recent years, becoming a multi-billion dollar industry. Working with digital games can also provide opportunities to work in multidisciplinary teams, including artists, programmers and sound designers, which can be a collaborative and enriching work experience. In addition, it is an area in constant evolution, with new technologies and emerging platforms, offering constant challenges and opportunities for innovation and creativity. However, it is important to note that the digital games industry can be highly competitive and require specialist technical and business skills. Furthermore, success in digital games can be a long and laborious process, requiring a combination of talent, passion and dedication.

Well, it's a tough decision. I've always been interested in both psychology and computer science. When I was younger, I was fascinated by how computers work, so I started learning programming on my own. But as I got older, I became more interested in the human mind and how it works. So, now I'm torn between the two. I'm leaning towards psychology at the moment, but who knows, maybe I'll change my mind again.

Some time ago I lost all interest in living, I believed that money was the root of all the problems of humanity, I saw people around me getting mad and fighting just because of a dumb piece of paper-; my family, my friends, people from all parts of the world. Money brought violence. I hated it, wanted it to disappear from existence so we've could live in a perfect world.
Went through a lot of experiences from there on out, leant to love myself, to love people, to understand what's inside everyone's mind and why they act as they do.
Right now I'm in the 1st year of Economics class, on the 2nd year I'll go for Statistics as my career specialization, I'm trying to be a better person so everyone around me could be as well. I'll try my best, wish you all the same, peace.
