try track you serial number of the phone and when someone use sim card the location of the mobile will detect and u can recover it

enter a google account in which your phone was logged in, after entering, go to google settings and go to security, there you will find your connected devices, select your cell phone that was lost, then go to the option ( Find my Device ), if your lost cell phone has location enabled, google will be able to track exactly where your cell phone is,

immediately track it and report last known place to police, and delete all personal data from it
