configs play better than the character in cheats, I can recommend you challanfer config rather than vanilla settings in the game

best config for me is the challenger config because its too basic to use.

To find config you find here in stie download and where to put them you press windows key +r and type %appdata% and you will se a folder called LPBR just put the folder you installed in the same place and open cheat and you will have the new configs

Script Config Files
It’s possible to configure SQL migrations on a per-script basis.This is achieved by creating a script configuration file in the same folder as the migration. The script configuration file name must match the migration file name, with the .conf suffix added. Script configuration files do not need to be explicitly listed in the main configuration, or the command line.
For example, a migration file sql/V2__my_script.sql would have a script configuration file sql/V2__my_script.sql.conf.
basic LP configuration are already pretty good, the only thing I would change is to remove EVADE and orbwalking
