What's the best overclock for an MSI RX 460 2GB? I've done research, but haven't found anything helpful.

Lol, why overclock this?
overlocking is good but you cant do too much noticable,
just OC it untill a point, then if it does not work corrently give it more voltage, then try OC a bit more till you think its enough, this will give you only few FPS.
but will also heat your graphic so dont make it go too hot.
always test your graphic card in games, that you see your desktop doesnt mean it's ready
