I am looking to use one of them but i dont know which one... Which is the best one and what about the possibility of ban? Also what champions are good to used with?

On Brazilian servers there's a guy who use the sion's script for a long time, and he doesn't get caught.
But yeah, its better to use on champs with high damage. I said sion cause its funny, and have a high damage too (with the right build).
Jinx for me is the best, its too ez to win a game with her when youre using any scripts.

You can try most of the ADCs : Vayne , Kog , Jinx , Kalista , Twitch
If you looking for midlaners try : Zed , Yas , Irelia , Katarina
Toplaners are not likely that much great with scritps but I recommend you to use : Fiora , Irelia again . Jayce
