What's the difference between smoothest and fastest on the evade settings?

Which of these is better for seeming legit and not getting scripting accusations, and which one is better for reliability to dodge skillshots? Also what does Recalculate path do? Is there a setting that makes me go around the skillshot if I try to click past it?
