here you can check the wsreborn tierlist.
this is exactly what you want. also dont forget that this tierlist is made with deafult config. so there can be little diffrences on your ones. but it should be good to go

All you need is a proper support doesnt matter if you get shit on early as long as you hold out the game till late game then its auto win and its not that hard to do only problem is if you get tilted early and throw your chance to win

Fiora -- Top
Vayne -- Top/Adc
Ashe -- Adc
Syndra -- Mid

with this rotation I can always win my lane easily help my team win the game
