Jiraiya. He's a wise old man, but still a child at heart. He takes in Nagato, Konan, and Yahiko. He teaches and cares for them even though he has no obligation/reason to do so. He takes Naruto under his wing and loves him like he was his own son/grandson. Yes, he's a a bit of a perve, but that's just part of his charm. He loves deeply, fights for what he believes in, and never gives up. He is by far, my favorite character.
