Wait a little bit after the pandemic, prizes will pummel down to the ground and you will be able to get a good deal, just pay attention to the main Companies and their stock values, you might want to read a book or two about spotting retail pricing changes or discounts based on global economies while we are in lockdown and the economy is in recession!! I spotted good deals on every major global event, like wars(i got a wonderful property in irak during the invasion and then sold it for 5 times the pricing), there was a tsunami in a country where they make hard drives and electronics, I was able to get good deals due to the tsunami, there are always ways to get something good out of bad stuff!
