I don't have one. I started LoL again yesterday, so I did not play with all champions on all lanes.

I know that, but even though the topic is outdated, the tier of the champions on the list is corresponding. Since then the scripts have changed very little, almost nothing, just a few bugfixes, the good scripts are still good.
