reyna because when u attacking with reyna she got 2 flashes that can blind entire area. reyna skills can make health regen if you killed one enemy team and her ult is the best she can highlight enemy like red color chams and your fire speed increased 2 times i think thats why reyna still the best for attacking even her flash skill got nerfed before

i personally think its Jett. The way she have skills to let you get closer to the enemies and then you can use the closer arms which you'll get more damage and you can dodge from enemies easily too
