Ryzen 5 5600h is worth to buy and i could say its cheap. I just saw the benchmark u can play genshin on high graph 50-60 FPS thats pretty great for a CPU without any GPU help.

I think the best for FPS Gaming and price under 350$ is Ryzen 5 5600X(300$) average FPS with RTX 3090 - 163 FPS . With this you will have some fps more then with Ryzen 7 5800X (450$) average FPS with RTX 3090 - 158 FPS. You can look benchmarks.

I like Intel series for gaming. I have using an AMD because of in our country Intel is so expensive. i7 10700K my recommond is this processor.

yeah, my country tax problem also. intel cpu price is high rather than amd. but somehow unofficial intel cpu right now i'm using. intel i5 9400f. good to know that information bro..
