It depends on the game, there are games in which the higher FPS you will feel better, for example in dota2 I prefer 90 FPS in shooters I think you should have higher fps to be able to function better.

60 is only enough but i prefer 75 because my monitor is 75hz

Depends on your monitors refresh rate.
For story mode games 30-40 fps are enough
But for multiplayer games 60fps are must.
