I think we need to believe both and I believe the important one is working pressure. if that office will give very heavy working pressure we cant doing our job not well.

Job when it has more money in it. Passion is just people telling you to follow it, but you really cant because if you passionate about singing, there is a 2% chance you will actually get something out of it.
