If you have gamepass you can use it to unlock all champions in LoL, but what I started doing is looking at a tierlist and going down champions from the top of it with the highest winrates. I started with top lane and I would say that the champions are a lot more simpler to play but the lane itself is difficult to carry with recently compared to other lanes like jg, adc or mid. I recommend playing champions that can be played in multiple roles, there are quite a few champions for top lane that can also be played in jg and mid. Eventually you will find the champion that you will main.

Depends on whether you are planning to script or not. If you are, Jinx is one of the best hypercarries. Other alternatives are Kai'sa, Ezreal, Zeri & recently I've also tried scripting with Varus, he is leeethal.
If your plan isn't to script, then you can pick pretty much whoever you find interesting, or like gameplay-wise. If you are not happy after a while of trying the champ, just try another one
if you are scripting Jinx is prob the best choice
