You can try Vulkan too instead of OpenGL and DirectX.

It's Depend On Your System..
First You Understand about Both
DirectX support your sound and networking so if you use it. it will make your sound much good and networking make you stable on your game.
OpenGL : - it work for Graphic API But if you choose openGL then you lost Networking ..
Result : if you have High Graphic Card Then Choose DirectX and if you have only High internet then choose OpenGL

direct x using more cpu than gl. but direct x is good than gl i think
