It depends on how good is the cheat. MH LoL cheats are safe for now, ive been using it for like 4 months in my main acc and no ban for now.

Yeah, pretty much now a lot of ppl use it, just for fun porpuses or maybe just bcz they suck and are tired of that.

I haven't seen many script players on BR server, only autobots vs AI and Platinum queue monochampions. Cant tell about other servers though.
