That's a highly subjective question! Each champion has their own strengths and weaknesses, and the meta is constantly changing. The best champion really depends on your playstyle, team's composition, the enemy team's composition, and the state of the game itself! One champion might be the best at winning early fights, while another might be the best at scaling to become a late game monster. There's no single "best" champion in LoL!
