I just saw a viktor, it's very broken because people can't get his E reaction, he scales very well. I think he's much stronger than yasuo

Both are pretty good with scripts (Lp reborn). U can play Yasuo with the Default Config and u need a specific config for Viktor but pretty much viktor wins .Who is the bestwith lp reborn
