riot can't see that you have script, they will only analyze how you are playing, and they probably have an automated system to detect strange behavior, and they will only use it if you get some reports in your account, so take care on that

reports are major cause of rank in riot if u got report while playing misebrily please try to slow down
They have some sort of algorithm to see ur reaction speeds and if u get reported too many times, or if the specific cheat u use is detected and matching forum names with reported players etc etc lots of methods we cant know for sure which ones they use

they would suspect you to cheat they cant know 100§ unlsess its very obvious
