My theory is to learn by listening , just listen and listen eveyday
look at the 2 year kid, how do u think he learn how to speak? he always listen to his parents till he learn how to speak.
Also watching movies with english subtitle helps alot, I remember an English instructor once told me to watch Friends series with English subtitle, it actually helped alot

I learned English thanks to CS:GO when I was around 8 years old, now my English is much more fluent clearly, but I never took any kind of English course or anything like that.

mostly through movies and videogames, ofc basic level was archived in school. Also helps to have a lot of friends from other countries so you are more or less forced to speak english in the group and help yourself if you dont know the right word in that moment.
