Well nowadays the world revolves around money, so for a person to have enough money with his product he needs to have a competitor, making his product value more and more, because he will always have something different doing with his light product advantage and sell more.

Thematic and the same, but both are different games with a different basis, but some may have the same developer but the game and others.
activision was already going to launch the game on their own but they united with tencent on this project to save time and cuz tencent has better experience in the mobile feild , this way activision put their game on the market and tencent is competing with themselves
