Why? The answer is simple. Money. Hackers are not doing this just for fun they are looking for a payday like installing keyloggers to obtain your bank info and other personal finance logins. It’s not you they personally attack it’s thousands at a time waiting for that big score then poof they disappear into the wind. Security on your personal and business computers are essential these days. The biggest one is emails. If you see an email that looks suspicious just blacklist it. If you click on a link or something that might look like a form you are essentially inviting them in.
