Cheats dont have viruses, its just the antivirus that detects some "malware" but its nothing, trust me its just from the anitvirus, there is no virus in the cheating software.

some of hacks file have malware and hack need it to work so that u need to disable it

Because it detects hack as a unknown source or virus so its deleted it
Because some cheats modify for example game files which windows defender sees as virus. And something that may change your in-game experience (3rd platforms) are qualified as virus but they are actually not and won't harm your computer or laptop in anyway.
