try to clean dust from your computer and reinstall fresh windows,it may help,if it contiune,check your hardware

I'll share a little trick if it works for you, When everything freezes press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and it will take you to a menu then click on sign out or shut down it should unfreeze your pc then it will say Some programs are running do you still want to shutdown then click cancel.

Open your Taskbar and check the harmfull application, Forcefully stop that application. But this solution is temporary you have to repeat it again and again when you start the computer i'll suggest go to the youtube and search there.

Hae you downloaded anything so far from a sketchy website...? Or "Free Hack"? Lately?

May be becuse your Computer CPU cant handle the stuff that u are useing all the day or maybe its just too old or viruse make it freeze ir mybe its just Full of stuff date. Files what evere you are using.
...So there r few salutions that i can help with:
Upgred PC, or
Buy a New One,
Make sure your PC doesnt have physical damage, clear the storge if its Full and use extenral HDD.
Unitall it and i mean remove every thing... İn case u dont konw how to deal with viruses.
And take care of ur PC, like it has feelings and it will sick if u dont take cere of it LoL but bleave me dud moust of proplm we are wh makeing it.

Try IObit Driver, maybe you have some outdated ones . It helped a lot in my case

you probably have to much stuff on your PC so try deleting some things you don't want and If your PC still freeze then reinstall windows

change termal pounds, clean and make your pc chilled enough . so you then you need reinstall windows os and checks the problems solved. Try cleaning memorys with a paper not a rubber.
