-update ur windows to last version [don't disable windows update after this]
-Scan your HDD with antivirus , delete viruses then uninstall it
-disable windows defender prema [google it] , block browser protect from windows defender setting on windows setting
-disable windows firewall prema [google it] from windows service or from windows firewall advanced setting on control panel
-clean your TEMP, %TEMP% , Prefetch files , clean ur registry using ccleaner
-clean browser cache
-update ur browser to last version , use browser doesn't have adblocker , make sure your browser doesn't disable any site setting for MH UI
-Enjoy

Thanks for the summary.
Always check on AV ... it has a habit of auto turn on. Was playing 1 time and I registered the first enemy in the building. The 2nd one popped out of no where ... then I died. I checked AV ... it was miraculously turned on. Blocking .exe from xproject.

make sure to turn off anti-virus and blockers! then follow the guidelines stated above to make it work! and if it doesn't work still try to uninstall and re-install! I'm not sure but it may help you somehow...
