If you decided to use some kind of clients or interfaces that work and provide you with a chance to see others in rust, I can say that there is no hack which allows you to stay safe after you used it ,but If you really wanna play with cheats in rust you can download the ***** version and play with cheats in there.

dpends on how you use a cheat if you play too obvious youll get reports and in the end it will stack up resulting in a review of your game and if proven youll get banned
