Of course, you will have a better fps, also try that your pc does not have accumulated dust

For sure. However, it will depend on how much RAM you currently have, if you already have 16GB, you will hardly need more.

On the other hand, HD, this one, has a large share in FPS, especially if it's old technology. I always recommend an NVMe SSD HD.

PróProbably not, you will lose fps, pq the updates will be stored in cache, and your sitema will weigh a little more, but this n seguinifica that you should not update, Recommend that clean the pc with dism ++ after the update
