depends on the spoofer spoofer on mh forum does not work for valorant so if u will buy some other spoofer it will more likely work unless it is scam

No free spoofer works. Only paid one works, but I would suggest to not do anything for 4 months and it will be lifted.

I think sync.top is good at removing the ban.
You can wait 3 months for Riot support to remove your ban though, have fun waiting.
