wondering if anyone using windows 21H2 for the cheat. feeling its not probaly stable at the moment . should i downgrade version?

no not really , if the cheat is not working its probably because of corrupt windows files

the best windows version to use MH is Win 10 1909 build, 21h2 is just shitty and unstable in my experience

Since I use Win 10 Pro 64-bit ((Version 20H2(OS Build 19042)) it works with different hook, engine drawing (imgui/canvas) etc.
