If u wan't to disable the windows update temporary just search services and then click on service after this in service.search windows update there u can disable windows 10 update.

you can use regedit or just disable using msvc

I will reinstall Windows with the latest updates! but I despair with those updates every day!
go to settings and click updates and security. From there you can pause the updates for 7 days
