how to do it?
when it reached to loading, turn it off completely from the button for around 10 sec, then turn on again. repeat till it fixes

you need to use rufus(last version) and install so as not to have problems like your ssd or hdd is MBR cuz the rufus can put your usb with MBR installations and the pc restart sometimes check see if when the computer is restarting it reboots with windows or gives you an error, if it gives you an error is that you are starting it with the usb and you have to go to put the ssd or hdd of first so that it starts with that
