You can kill all the unwanted processes using task manager
You can go to task manager and if it's a service go to services but if it's a process then go to details just right click it and press end task if it's a process but if you wanna disable a default service then you wanna go ahead and go to services and right click then click stop you can disable it permanently by clicking open services and disabling it their using the properties and click start up type and change it to disabled
(Be careful when you do this because you might disable or stop a service that is necessary for the system to run properly)

the best is to go to task manager and turn off unwanted Startup applications,
if you want more I recommend use Avast CleanUp, it will never hurt pc, only stop unwanted which you choose
