I had this problem once years ago. This error is usually relate to driver. Have you install new driver recently? like audio driver, network driver or graphic driver.
If yes, try restore or reinstall it again.

try sfc/scannow in the command run it as admin if it didnt work try to restore a system point its helpful if you're windows 10

hi , for that , open start menu , search for "windows memory diagnostic " click restart and check for error , it should fix most of problems , also try to uninstall latest windows updates or reset your pc
