not much that I know of. just add the programs in performance menu in settings that you want to run at max. performace

Yeah there is a tweaker for games called winearo tweaker. U can download it for free & can optimize ur windows for games!

I am using Hellzerg's Optimizer from github. It's also recommended by CCBoot. you will also need a GPU driver debloater since it will give your GPU an extra FPS. also a large page filer and MSI Utility

Windows 10 now has game mode, and the built-in optimization function of windows 10 game mode. To learn more, press the windows key + I, type game mode, and turn on game mode to optimize your PC games. During the game, click game mode. Switch to on to take advantage of game mode.
