it's working for me you can restart pc and turn off window security and try
security is just an illusion.

First of all, WindSharp works normal on Windows 10. Can you follow the steps below and try again?
Install the programs from the links I gave you below

3- Check the Prefer Legacy OpenGL mode option, as I have shown in the photo below, and take the game in full screen windowed.
4- Turn off your antivirus programs and Windows Defender.
