iirc it says "Unknown {100% ban guarantee]".What do you mean latest version? it's on the side bar on the main page
I don't know the ban rate for I didn't use it in a real game not that it matters if it was a real game or not but im pretty sure you will get banned when the banwave hits but I am not sureiirc it says "Unknown {100% ban guarantee]".

I've heard that there was a small patch that requires it to be updated , you can use a hotfix to bypass that but you could be banned faster than waiting for the update
