I believe that the ban rate will increase but not soon the scripts will bypass the anticheat, there are several scripts for Valorant for example that use detection of objects on the screen known as color aimbot, you can create something similar in lol based on the opponent's life bar for the orbwalker and the minions' life bar for the farm, they would have fewer functions and might not respond as quickly but it would work and would be somewhat undetectable by anticheat

To bypass Vanguard it need a kernel mode driver and also with Vanguard detected = game terminated

there is not a perfect anticheat in the world. They will definetely bypass it.however, we can expect ban rates will increase because it will be easier to detect.
