About Wsreborn if you not abuse of evade it safe.
What do you mean by abuse?
Can the game suspect if you evade perfectly every time? Or can other players report you, and then the game will check your gameplay?

It depend but evade is know to ban.
So, if you disable auto-evade and evade manually, can you use all the other features without getting banned?

Check windows defender if it blocked it. It known to block MemoryUI and you need to allow in setting.

If you have ad block it why no ad is loading.

After the game end save the zip file of MemoryUI and copy it to desktop each time.Now it is working
