then maybe it's the windows version or anti virus, try to turn anti virus off and firewall and if this doesn't works try downgrading the windows version to 1809
before downgrading the windows version you can also try to clean the %temp% folder that has the ws files

1- Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat software block our cheats. You should disable or uninstall these programs.
2- Install the programs from the links I gave you below.

I've unistalled Riot Vanguard, And i've already those programs, I'vee deleted the archives on %appdata% and still the same
( He just close the CMD window when i press Load Cheat button
