Is it really necessary to turn off the antivirus?have you turned of your antivirus yet ?

Yes, I already deactivated the antivirus and restarted the program but the same thing keeps happening

have you tried disabling your firewall instead of just the antivirus?
Turn off antivirus,and run as administrator,if it close,run again

The same thing keeps happening to me
Son düzenleme:
You can disabled AC via gpedit if prior to windows 10 2004 - then it's called windows defender set to enable (This will disable it permanently)
If you are windows 2004+ it's called Microsoft defender and do the same thing set to enable.
And disable firewall or simply allow incoming and outgoing.
