just disable all antivirus programs and windows defender, install vcredist directx

i off the all program but did not work

this is because of anti virus. disable them all including windows defender.

i think your screenshot to i get your pc configration is low becoz you can see your screeshot too lagging like but your need all background running apps close first after run this program i hope run fine
check the thread and try reinstall
