I don't know why you assume this, maybe open up the settings and change some things and test it in a custom game before making this statement.
If you configure it correct it's way better then LSReborn's normal Yasuo or even Domination Yasuo.
You could also use the exploit options then it turns insane, but with a much higher risk ofc.

I think u need to configure, here is too op yasuo, but disable tower dive.

Just disable the dive turret and you all good also try to disable E mode cause he dashs a lot
