I think bard got buffed just recently, maybe you haven't mastered Bard yet that's why you got stucked at some point. Supports are all about decision making and roaming in high elo.

There's no banwave right now and even if you got reported by players for scripting it's weird that you got banned after 2 days. My guess is you previously used a detected cheat and didn't clear the logs.

Yes, the script will work normally even if you have high ping. Unless you're on the point that your character teleports because of super high ping then of course even script won't keep up with that.
