I think it was a friend aboutr 5 years ago.. I wasn't really into it and he forced me to play with him.. Needless to say that it got me hooked..

I do play it soley because of improvement.. but also its really fun when the rotating game modes come around..

just practice n ur chilling.. also aim head level and u got some fundamentals down.. Maybe try movement too afterwards and find ur optimal sens/dpi and hand position/grip

It really depends what your lane is.. If you play jg you gotta try not to walk too deep in ur jg and try to get picks/objs. Top same thing but more focus on towers... Mid and bot are doomed if u cant get fed or farm well... For supp... well try and get picks for your laners
