Anathemas chains, especially on teemo people really overlook the ability to just perma-exhaust a champ and with teemo you can lower tenacity of your target and perma blind them.

In very rare cases if you know exactly how to tilt trigger them you can make them int or just afk in fountain, always a gem of a game.
