Never tried scripting with Samira just because of the generally slower and more vulnerable playstyle as a close range ADC, but I do often ban her just because she is such a pain against other long range ADC's if she actually gets the better of your trade

Depends on whether you are planning to script or not. If you are, Jinx is one of the best hypercarries. Other alternatives are Kai'sa, Ezreal, Zeri & recently I've also tried scripting with Varus, he is leeethal. If your plan isn't to script, then you can pick pretty much whoever you find...

When playing adc or any type of squishy player, Kata is so frickin annoying to have on the enemy team
